The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

 

At approximately 11:45am, the Senate is expected to vote on passage of S.J.Res.80, disapproving the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska Integrated Activity Plan Record of Decision".

 

Upon disposition of S.J.Res.80 the Senate is expected to vote on passage of S.J.Res.88, terminating the national emergency declared to impose global tariffs.

 

At approximately 1:45pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #370 Joshua D. Dunlap, of Maine, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.

 

Thursday, October 30th at approx. 11:45am – 2 roll call votes expected:
