Schedule for Monday, November 3, 2025

The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, November 3, 2025.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

 

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #371 Eric Chunyee Tung, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit. If cloture is invoked, all post-cloture time be expired, and the Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination, notwithstanding Rule 22, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader no earlier than Wednesday, November 5th.

 

During Thursday’s session, Senator Thune also filed cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #168, H.R. 5371, Continuing Appropriations.
