Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

 

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #471 Rebecca L. Taibleson, of Wisconsin, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #458 Bill Lewis, of Alabama, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Alabama.

 

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1. Executive Calendar #295 Jordan Emery Pratt, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida

2. Executive Calendar #457 Edmund G. LaCour, Jr., of Alabama, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama

 

Monday, October 27th at approx. 5:30pm – 2 roll call votes expected:
