Schedule for Thursday, October 9, 2025

The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Cal. #115, S.2296, National Defense Authorization Act.

 

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed Cal. #167, S.2882, Continuing Resolution. If cloture is not invoked, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #168, H.R.5371, Continuing Resolution. If cloture is not invoked, we expect a roll call vote on the motion to proceed to H.J.Res.106, disapproving the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "Central Yukon Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan".

 

During Thursday’s session, we expect roll call votes on passage of H.J.Res.106 and confirmation of Executive Calendar #359, Jennifer Lee Mascott, of Delaware, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit. Another message will be sent more information is available.

 

Thursday, October 9th at approx. 11:30am – 3 roll call votes expected:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed Cal. #167, S.2882, Continuing Resolution.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #168, H.R.5371, Continuing Resolution.
  3. Motion to proceed to H.J.Res.106, disapproving the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "Central Yukon Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan".
