2 roll call votes expected at 5:30pm

The Senate has reached an agreement that at 5:30pm today, all time on S.J.Res.24 will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on passage of the joint resolution.

Following disposition of S.J.Res.24, Senator McConnell will be recognized to make a motion to proceed to S.J.Res.23, that if the motion is agreed to (which is expected to be agreed to by voice vote), then all time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on passage of S.J.Res.23.
