The Senate stands adjourned for Pro Forma sessions only with no business conducted on the following dates and times:

Notwithstanding the Senate’s adjournment, reports of committees and introduction of measures will be authorized on Thursday, October 15^th from 10:00am until 11:00am.

When the Senate adjourns on Thursday, November 5^th, it will stand adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, November 9, 2026.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Cal. #453, H.R.2347 Survivor Justice Tax Prevention Act.

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #453, H.R.2347.
