Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Cal. #449, S.4668, Protect College Sports Act, post-cloture. At approx. 11:45am the Senate will vote on adoption of the motion to proceed to S.4668.
Upon disposition of the motion to proceed the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #830 Kasdin Miller Mitchell, of Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas.
If cloture is invoked on the Mitchell nomination, the Senate will vote on confirmation at approx.. 1:45pm. Upon disposition of the Mitchell nomination the Senate will proceed immediately to legislative session.
