The Senate stands adjourned to convene for Pro Forma sessions only on the following dates and times:

When the Senate adjourns on Thursday September 10, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, September 14, 2026.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At approximately 5:30pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #902, Matthew R. Byrne, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. 

The cloture motion with respect to Cal. #423, H.R.3633 - Digital Asset Market Clarity Act will ripen on Tuesday, September 15^th at 2:15pm.
