The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #779 Jeffrey T. Kuntz, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

 

At approximately 12:00pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Kuntz nomination.

 

If cloture is invoked on the Kuntz nomination, the Senate will vote on confirmation at approximately 2:00pm.

 

During Tuesday’s session Senator Thune filed cloture on Executive Calendar #738 Kara Marie Westercamp, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade. This cloture is expected to ripen during Thursday’s session.
