The Senate
stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
Following
Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with
senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.
The Senate
will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
During
Monday’s session, Senator Thune filed cloture on the following nominations:

Republic of Korea

Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
During
Tuesday’s session, roll call votes are expected in relation to the following:
- Motion
to proceed to S.J.Res.190, disapproving the rule submitted by the
Executive Office for Immigration Review relating to "Appellate
Procedures for the Board of Immigration Appeals" (Kaine)
- Motion
to discharge S.J.Res.172, directing the removal of United States Armed
Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran
that have not been authorized by Congress (Warnock)
A vote in
relation to laying down the House message accompanying H.R.6644, Housing, is
also possible.
Senators will
be notified when votes are scheduled.
