Schedule for Tuesday, June 2, 2026

The Senate stands adjourned as a further mark of respect for former Senator Donald W. Riegle, Jr. until 10:00am on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #736, Kathleen S. Lane, of Montana, to be United States District Judge for the District of Montana.

At approximately 11:15am the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Lane nomination followed by the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #743 Jeffrey M. Kuhlman, of Kansas, to be United States District Judge for the District of Kansas.

The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.

If cloture is invoked on the Kulman nomination, the Senate will vote on confirmation at approximately 2:15pm.
