The Senate stands adjourned until 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of House Message with respect to S.1383, the legislative vehicle for the SAVE Act.

 

At approximately 1:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Husted amendment #4732. If cloture is not invoked, the Senate will then vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #311, H.R.7147 DHS Appropriations. 

 

During Wednesday’s session, Senator Thune filed cloture on another motion to proceed to Cal. #311, H.R.7147, DHS Appropriations. 

 

Additional roll call votes are possible during Thursday’s session.

 

Thursday, March 26th at approx. 1:30pm – 2 roll call votes expected:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on Husted amendment #4732 (re: voter ID)
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on a motion to proceed to Cal. #311, H.R.7147, DHS Appropriations
