Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #696 Markwayne Mullin, of Oklahoma, to be Secretary of Homeland Security, post-cloture.

 

Upon the use or yielding back of time (currently expected approx. 7:45pm) the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Mullin nomination, followed by the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #697 Colin McDonald, of California, to be an Assistant Attorney General.
