Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #612 Brian Charles Lea, of Tennessee, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Tennessee, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Lea nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #613 Justin R. Olson, of Indiana, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.
If cloture is invoked on the Olson nomination, at approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
