Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.

 

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #610 David Clay Fowlkes, of Arkansas, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas.

 

Senator Thune has filed cloture on the following nominations:

  1. Executive Calendar #610 David Clay Fowlkes, of Arkansas, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas
  2. Executive Calendar #611 Nicholas Jon Ganjei, of Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas
  3. Executive Calendar #614 Aaron Christian Peterson, of Alaska, to be United States District Judge for the District of Alaska
