The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on passage of H.J.Res.131, disapproving the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Record of Decision".
Following disposition of the joint resolution, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on S.Res.520, en bloc consideration of certain nominations on the Executive Calendar. If cloture is invoked, the vote on adoption of the resolution is expected on Monday.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #475 Susan Courtwright Rodriguez, of North Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina.
