The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Friday, August 1, 2025.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #90, Brian Nesvik, of Wyoming, to be Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.

 

At approximately 11:00am the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Nesvik nomination, followed by confirmation of Executive Calendar #59, Casey Mulligan, of Illinois, to be Chief Counsel for Advocacy, Small Business Administration.

 

Additional roll call votes are expected during tomorrow’s session.

 

Senator Thune has filed cloture on the following nominations:
