At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #261, Whitney D. Hermandorfer, of Tennessee, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #65, Luke Pettit, of the District of Columbia, to be Assistant Secretary of the Treasury.
During Thursday’s session, Senator Thune filed cloture on the following nominations:
