The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #88 Sean Donahue, to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, post-cloture. At approximately 11:30am the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Donahue nomination.
Following disposition of the Donahue nomination the Senate will resume Legislative Session. It will be in order for Senator Kaine or his designee to make a motion to discharge S.Res.195, a resolution requesting information on El Salvador's human rights practices pursuant to section 502B(c) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. All time will then be equally divided prior to a roll call vote on the motion to discharge at approximately 1:45pm.
Additional roll call votes are possible during Thursday’s session.
