The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #114 Kalpana Kotagal, of Ohio, to be a Member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Kotagal nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #141 David M. Uhlmann, of Michigan, to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
If cloture is invoked on the Uhlmann nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired and the confirmation vote will occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #21 Rachel Bloomekatz, of Ohio, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.
