Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #388, H.R.3967, Honoring our PACT Act, post-cloture.
By unanimous consent, all time during adjournment, recess, Morning Business, and Leader remarks will count post-cloture on the bill.
At approximately 11:15am, the Senate will vote on passage of H.R.3987, and on the motions to invoke cloture on the Alba and Boyle nominations. If cloture is invoked on either nomination, the confirmation votes will occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader.
If there is a tie vote in committee, at approximately 1:45pm, we expect a roll call vote on the motion to discharge the nomination of Steven M. Dettelbach, of Ohio, to be Director, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, from the Judiciary Committee. Another message will be sent when more information is available.
