Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #123, Tommy P. Beaudreau, of Alaska, to be Deputy Secretary of the Interior, post-cloture.
At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Beaudreau nomination followed by a cloture vote on Executive Calendar #157, John K. Tien, of Georgia, to be Deputy Secretary of Homeland.
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 1:45pm. At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Tien nomination.
