Following the prayer and pledge and any leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #111, the nomination of William R. Evanina, of Pennsylvania, to be Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center. At 12:00 Noon, there will be a cloture vote on the Evanina nomination. If cloture is invoked, the vote on confirmation would occur at 2:00pm.
