Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #449, H.R.5895: Energy and Water, Legislative Branch, and
Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act, 2019.
This evening Senator
McConnell filed cloture on Alexander substitute amendment #2910 and on the
underlying bill, H.R.5895. The filing deadline for
first degree amendments is 1:00pm. The filing deadline for second degree
amendments is one hour prior to the cloture vote.
