The Senate
stands adjourned until 9:30am on Wednesday, June 20.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.5895,
Energy and Water, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and VA Appropriations.
At 10:00am, there will be 2 roll call votes in relation to the
Crapo amendment #2943, as modified, and Baldwin amendment #2985. No second
degree amendments are in order prior to the votes.
We could also see a vote this week, as early as tomorrow, on a motion
to discharge the rescissions bill, H.R.3, Spending
Cuts to Expired and Unnecessary Programs Act. If the motion to discharge is
agreed to, there could be a vote on a motion to proceed to the bill. If the motion
to proceed is agreed to, there would be up to 10 hours of debate equally
divided. Upon the use or yielding back of time, there could be a series of roll
call votes prior to passage.
