Recess until 2:15pm

The Senate is in recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

Cloture was invoked on the Engel nomination. The vote on confirmation of the Engel nomination and cloture on the Robb nomination could occur later this evening around 6:00pm.
