- Confirmation of Randolph Moss to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia;
- Confirmation of Leigh Martin May to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia; and
- Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to accompany S.1086, the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014.
