Morning Business-no more votes-surfact transportation conferees appointed

The Senate is in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. There will be no further roll call votes this week. The next vote is expected to occur at 5:30pm on Monday, November 16. That vote should be on confirmation of a judge.
