The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Wednesday, October 21, 2015.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business for one hour with the time equally divided, and with the Republicans controlling the first half and Democrats controlling the final half.

Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of S.754, Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015.

As a reminder, during today's session Senator McConnell filed cloture on Burr-Feinstein amendment #2716 (substitute) and S.754, Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015. Unless an agreement can be reached, the cloture vote on the substitute would occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday, October 22.

The filing deadline for first degree amendments to the substitute and bill is 1:00pm tomorrow, Wednesday, October 21. Amendments must be germane and timely filed to be considered in order if cloture is invoked.
