Senator Paul objects to HELP Committee meeting Today

Senator Harkin asked unanimous consent the HELP Committee be authorized to meet in Executive Session today for the consideration of a bill to reauthorize the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.  Senator Paul then objected to Senator Harkin's request.
