During Tuesday's session of the Senate, Senator Reid filed cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.1249, the Patent Reform bill. By unanimous consent, this cloture vote will occur on Tuesday, September 6th following the roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #109, Bernice Bouie Donald to be US Circuit Judge for the 6th Circuit, which will be at approximately 5:30pm.
