Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the House message to accompany S.764, legislative vehicle for GMO labeling.

All time during morning business, recess, and adjournment will count post-cloture on the motion to concur. Unless an agreement is reached, all post-cloture time will expire at 10:22pm and the Senate will vote on the motion to concur.

As a reminder, upon disposition of the House message, absent an agreement, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #524, H.R.5293 - DOD Appropriations.
