Schedule for Monday, June 19, 2017

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At 5:00pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #108, the nomination of Brock Long, of North Carolina, to be Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There will be up to 30 minutes for debate equally divided prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.

As a reminder, Senator McConnell filed cloture on the following Treasury nominations:

1. Executive Calendar #94, Sigal Mandelker, of New York, to be Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Crimes.
2. Executive Calendar #97, Marshall Billingslea, of Virginia, to be Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing, Department of the Treasury.

We expect the first vote on Treasury nominees, starting with a cloture vote on the Mandelker nomination, to occur on Tuesday.
