10am roll call vote on motion to table Grassley amdt

Following Senator McConnell's remarks, there will be 10 minutes for debate equally divided prior to a roll call vote on the Reid motion to table Grassley amendment #1195 (border security). We expect this vote to begin around 10:00am.
