Senate in session Sunday, May 31; No further roll call votes; Senate in morning business

The Senate will be in session on Sunday, May 31 before the FISA authorization expires. There will be no further roll votes today.  The Senate is in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. We plan to pass the highway extension by voice vote this morning.
