Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Rachel Brand, of Iowa, to be Associate Attorney General, with the time until 12:00 noon equally divided. At 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Brand nomination, and if cloture is invoked it will be as if invoked at 1:00am. There will then be up to 30 hours of debate followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
