Notwithstanding Rule 22, the Senate will vote on the cloture motion with respect to the motion to proceed to S.4668 at time to be determined by the Majority Leader no earlier than September 15th and no later than September 23rd.
Notwithstanding Rule 22, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in concurrence with the Democratic leader, no later than Friday, October 2nd, H.Con.Res.89 will be discharged from the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Senate will proceed to its consideration; there will be 6 hours for debate only, with the time equally divided between the leaders or their designees on the concurrent resolution, and following the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate vote on adoption of the concurrent resolution.
