Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

 

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #775, Benjamin M. Flowers, of Ohio, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.
