At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader with concurrence of the Minority Leader, notwithstanding Rule 22, no later than Thursday, June 25th, H.Con.Res.86 will be discharged from the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Senate will proceed to its consideration.  There will be up to 6 hours for debate only with the time equally divided between the Leaders, or their designees, on the Concurrent Resolution, and that following the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate vote on adoption of the Concurrent Resolution.

  • H.Con.Res.86 - Directing the President, pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution, to remove United States Armed Forces from hostilities with Iran
