Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Cal. #417, S.2 To provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S.Con.Res. 33.  Senator Merkley and Senator Graham will be recognized for up to 5 minutes each, and upon the use or yielding back of that time, all debate time on Calendar #417, S.2 will be expired, and the Senate will begin vote-a-rama.
