Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Scott SC-Warren substitute amendment #4308, post-cloture, to Cal. #343, H.R.6644, Housing. As a reminder, Senator Thune has also filed cloture on the underlying bill.

All time during recess, adjournment, and Leader remarks will count post-cloture on substitute amendment #4308.

During Tuesday’s session, Senator Thune filed cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #311, H.R.7147, DHS Appropriations.

Discussions with respect to the Housing bill are ongoing. Roll call votes are expected during Wednesday’s session.
