Schedule for Tuesday, February 10, 2026

The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.

 

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #608 Daniel E. Burrows, of Colorado, to be an Assistant Attorney General.

 

Following the confirmation vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

 

During Tuesday’s session, the Senate is expected to vote on a motion to proceed to Cal. #297, S.J.Res.95, disapproving the rule submitted by the Internal Revenue Service relating to "Interim Guidance Simplifying Application of the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax to Partnerships". Another message will be sent when the vote is set.

 

Additional roll call votes are possible during Tuesday’s session.
