The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar #299, H.R.6938, Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act, 2026, post-cloture.

The Senate will recess from 12:45pm until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.

At approximately 2:15pm the Senate is expected to vote on the motion to proceed to Cal. #293, S.J.Res.84, disapproving the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; Market Integrity and Affordability" (Warner).
