The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #371 Eric Chunyee Tung, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.  Following disposition of the Tung nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Cal #421 Caleb Orr, of Texas, to be an Assistant Secretary of State (Economic and Business Affairs).

If cloture is invoked on the Orr nomination the Senate will vote on confirmation at approximately 2:15pm.

Additional roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session. Senators will be notified when votes are scheduled.
