Roll Call Votes

  1. Confirmation of the en bloc nominations included in Executive Resolution #2, S.Res.412; confirmed: 51-47.
  2. Motion to proceed to H.J.Res. 104, Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to “Miles City Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment”; agreed to: 50-47.

Began the Rule 14 process to place the following bill on the Legislative Calendar of Business:

  • S.2983, to reauthorize Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 (Peters)

 

Notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, no later than Friday, October 10, 2025, S.J.Res.71 will be discharged from the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the Senate will proceed to its consideration.  There will be 6 hours for debate only with the time equally divided between the Leaders or their designees on the joint resolution and following use or yielding back of time, the joint resolution will be read a third time and the Senate vote on the resolution.

Notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, no later than Friday, October 31st, it will be in order to discharge the Committee on Finance of S.J.Res.77 and S.J.Res.81, individually, and when discharged, the Senate proceed to its consideration.  There will be up to 6 hours for debate only on each joint resolution with the time equally divided between the Leaders or their designees and following the use or yielding back of time, each joint resolution be considered read a third time and the Senate vote on the resolution

  • S.J.Res.77, A joint resolution terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles imported from Canada
  • S.J.Res.81, A joint resolution terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles imported from Brazil
