Adopted S.Res.149, Second Chance Month

At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, following consultation with the Democratic Leader, no earlier than Wednesday, April 30, S.J.Res.49 will be discharged from the Committee on Finance, and the Senate will proceed to its consideration. There will be 6 hours for debate only with the time equally divided between the Leaders, or their designees, on the joint resolution. Following the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate will vote on passage of the joint resolution. Another message will be sent when more information on timing is available.
