Following
Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume
consideration of Executive Calendar #649 Kevin Gafford Ritz, of Tennessee, to
be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit, post-cloture.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Ritz
nomination.
During Thursday’s session, Senator Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #778 Mary Kathleen Costello, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Additional votes are possible during Monday’s session.
