The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #705 Adam B. Abelson, of Maryland, to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Abelson nomination. The Senate will then vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #652 Jeannette A. Vargas, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
Following the Vargas cloture vote the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings. If cloture is invoked on the Vargas nomination the confirmation vote will occur at 2:15pm.

- Executive Calendar #705 Adam B. Abelson, of Maryland, to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland
- Executive Calendar #652 Jeannette A. Vargas, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York

- Executive Calendar #781 Laura Margarete Provinzino, of Minnesota, to be United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota
