Schedule for Pro Forma Session and Tuesday, June 11, 2024
The Senate stands adjourned to convene for a Pro Forma
session only with no business conducted at 10:00am on Friday, June 7, 2024.
When the Senate adjourns on Friday, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #669, David Rosner, of Massachusetts, to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2027.
At approximately 5:30pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Rosner nomination.
During Wednesday’s session cloture was filed on the following:
- Executive Calendar #669 - David Rosner, of Massachusetts, to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2027
- Executive Calendar #670 - Lindsay S. See, of West Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2028
- Executive Calendar #668 - Judy W. Chang, of Massachusetts, to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2029
- Motion to proceed to Calendar #413, S.4445, A bill to protect and expand nationwide access to fertility treatment, including in vitro fertilization.
