Schedule for Pro Forma Session and Tuesday, March 19, 2024

The Senate stands adjourned to convene for a pro forma session only with no business conducted on Friday March 15, at 9:25am.  When the Senate adjourns on Friday it will next convene at 3:00pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration Executive Calendar #461 Nicole G. Berner, of Maryland, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit, post-cloture.

At approximately 5:30pm all post-cloture time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Berner nomination.

2. Executive Calendar #463 - Eumi K. Lee, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of California
